In tonight's mid-week Bible study, Eric has us focusing on: the last part of chapter 8, and then chapters 9 & 10 in "Nehemiah". The people of Israel were celebrating, fasting, recommitting their lives to the Lord. They were worshipping the Lord, which had not been done in the proper manner for a long time. This section also recalled part of Israel's history and what God had done for the nation. It is beneficial to remember the blessings of God, but also to learn from the sins that we have committed.
