The Bible uses the idea of "calling" very often. Many today use the term to suggest that they are "called" to any sort of activity that they feel connected to and passionate about. The question is: does the Bible use the term that way? And perhaps more important, how does God call individuals, who does He call and for what purpose, and what is our responsibility toward that call if we have received it?
