Marvin Whittaker presents this fifth Sunday morning lesson on the sovereignty of God. He examines the epidemic of fear, anxiety, and general lack of confidence and peace found nearly universally throughout the world and since sin became a reality. After bringing us to the edge of the cliff, he draws us back into the loving arms of the Savior, Who has conquered this world and all of its perils (John 16:33). In so doing, Christ provided hope in a world steeped in hopelessness. All of this being the most beautiful and confidence-boosting illustration of God's sovereignty.
