Sin insults the majesty of God, mars the divine image in us, and injures others. It costs so much that the life of Jesus was required to forgive us from its debt. So how do we develop and utilize the power to overcome sin? First, we must stand in awe and tremble at sin. Second, we must be introspective and reflect on what we do, not act rashly, and meditate on the course of our lives.
